“The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade has taken place every year since it first began in 1978. And for 44 years, nothing has stopped one of Sydney’s most vibrant communities from gathering to celebrate together and call for change while remembering those who came before them. In this edition of Monday Munchies, we’re rounding up the best venues to celebrate the Mardi Gras in style while filling your stomachs with some of the best food the harbour city has in the process. Let’s check it out.
