Chef Mario Percuoco – a Naples-born chef whose father opened Buon Ricordo in Paddington in the ’80s – is on the pans. Menu standouts include linguine al cartoccio (pasta in a paper parcel with mixed seafood) and sweet layered sfogliatelle.”
