Come summer, this seafood-leaning Italian diner will be drawing crowds like seagulls to a fried chip.

Take full advantage of the luscious waterfront locale, with dishes like kingfish crude, made zippier with pops of salmon roe and finger lime, and stunning 48-hour marinated slow-braised octopus.
